Cancellation Policy

Access to Podcast and Photo Studio is optional and membership must be in good standing, meaning payments up to date. One monthly 4 hour session or one monthly 2 hour session in either room. All equipment is available during sessions excluding cameras and computers. Please be respectful and courteous of other creators. Arrive 5 minutes ahead of your selected time slot. Late arrivals will not be able to extend reservation. Cancelation of membership is available at any given moment. No questions asked. Be open to create and thrive in a community of like minded individuals. Please notify front desk of any additional attendees, please note membership is only for individuals registered additional subjects must be registered as a guest and pay the guest fee of $25 dollars. Unless registered in Creator Plus or Pro memberships. Cancellations must be done 12 hours before booked sessions. No Shows & Late cancellations will be charged $50 per service.
